It will be sunny one day
A beautiful letter from Stephen Fry to a lady by the name of Crystal Nunn, in response to a desperate letter she wrote to him during a bout of depression, early 2006 - it is one of the most encouraging and inspirational pieces I have ever read describing depression: I can't control the weather in my head but it will be sunny one day!

Well done Ali! Sharing from the soul like this isn't easy - I know only to well. The healing that takes place though, and the liberation from the 'ankle snapping anxiety and depression' deserves the biggest and best bloggers bitch slap possible!
Ouch! Take that A & D, and be warned, there's plenty more bitch slapping blogging to be done!
